"Equivalent of a Declaration of War," Says Putin of Sanctions on Russia

Russia President Vladimir Putin, Saturday, has called the sanctions imposed by much of the rest of the world "equivalent of a declaration of war" while also making it clear that no state of emergency plans are currently in place.

He went on to suggest they were nearly complete in militarily defeat of Ukrainian's defense infrastructure.

"The current leadership [of Ukraine] needs to understand that if they continue doing what they are doing, they put under question the future of Ukrainian statehood. And if that happens, it will be entirely on their conscience," he added.

Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Zelensky continues to call for a no-fly zone and more direct assistance, which experts say implementations of such acts would kickstart possible WW3 scenarios.
